This is a modification of my VR202 face: the chronograph has been removed, and its two hands have been repurposed as a regular seconds hand and a battery level sub-dial. Vintage 1970’s style watch featuring a unique “jump hour” analog mechanism with a digital time readout. Unlike constantly rotating analog hours hands, the rotating hours dial stays fixed on the current hour, and at 59:59 smoothly transitions to the next hour. As unique and interesting a watch as this may be, the original chronograph version actually lacks a seconds hand, and has even been called one of the top 11 ugliest watches of the 1970’s! The hours and minutes disks have been modified to be visible in AOD/dim mode with fuzzy green lume. See also the original version of this face, with a functional chronograph: VR202.
