Thanks for your response. If some of your designs work and others do not, I honestly do not see how it's solely Facer's platform that's the issue. I could see it solely being Facer's platform as an issue if none of my purchases work. You can verify my purchases from my email address. Are you not able to just issue me a promo code for my purchases and I download download them again?
