Hi! Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the long wait. The S stands for Settings and R for Reminders, they are shortcuts. The S and G from the steps goal stands for Start and Goal. I've also launched an upgrade to this design. Search for Halloween - Spooky Season 2 :)
