All the weather, step count, heart rate, and calories burned (KCAL) you need for your activity can be displayed on a single screen, along with the digital time and date.
Heart rate information is marked as low (gray), normal (green), and high (red).
There is no difference between Ambient and Active modes, except for some dimming.
Tested with Watch 7 (Wear OS 6.0).
