@ARAR: I suggest that you contact Facer Support. Perhaps one of the helpers there can advise you on what the problem might be with your watch. Please let them know if this is a new watch or whether it is an older series with updated software. That often makes a difference. https://help.facer.io/hc/en-us/requests/new
@ARAR: This has been tested by Facer. They have confirmed that it works on Series 7 and above.
Doesn’t work. Weather is not updating even after restarting the watch and phone. And yes, it was installed from the app. I see other people have advised you it doesn’t work but you keep insisting it does. It does not.
