Watched an old anime that featured a watch like this.

Hour hand shows hours in UTC time. Longer hour-count hand shows number of 12-hour cycles. Theory is this shows number of hours up to 180 which would be one Ganymede solar day.
Small digital time is regular local Earth time. The watch in the anime didn't need such a thing since nobody went to Earth anymore.
