thanks for the quick reply I will try it...I think it might be it shows current HR every 10 mins...I'm still trying to work out wear OS I've come from fitbit so it's probably something I'm doing..or not doing I asked a couple of friends who have watch 4 and have been advised sometimes depending on clock face to get HR reading you need to have AOD on or that it will give current reading every 10mins Anyway again thanks for the reply I'm sure I'll sort it
