This on comes with a very thin golden ring outside, because the original watchs design. Two discs is enough for the time expression. Outer ring (let's say main ring) indicates the hours and minutes. Don't worry you'll be telling time with a two-three minutes discrepancy. And the inner ring is for the seconds. I see the inner rings function as a motion function only; that tells the clock is ticking and the time is passing, rather than a faithful and easy way to read the seconds.But for me controversial designs are always welcome.
