Activate it in Developer Options (Galaxy Watch 4 & 5
1. Go to Settings
2. Scroll all the way down
3. Cick About Watch
4. Click Serial Number 10 times
5. Go Back
6. Click Developer Options
7. Enable Stay Active While Charging
NOTE: This may slowdown the charging time
