This kind of location issue usually comes down to a few common causes on watches that have been around a while, so let's rule them out in order: 1) First, check that location is turned on both on your phone and on the watch itself — permission can be granted but the location service itself can still be switched off on one of the two, and if it's off on either one, the data breaks. 2) If the watch has been through a very low battery moment, some models automatically turn off GPS to save power and don't turn it back on by themselves once charged. Worth checking even if you're sure you had it enabled. 3) If both of those are fine and the data still isn't updating, try forcing a sync: go into the watch settings (gear icon), switch the unit system (metric to imperial or vice versa) and switch it back. That change forces a refresh of all data, including location. 4) Lastly, if after all this the city shown is a nearby one but not the exact one (for example, a neighboring town instead of yours), that's not a fault with the watch itself — the weather data source we use groups by area rather than exact coordinates, so in smaller towns it may show the closest location in its database instead of yours precisely.
