update : - thanks to SaWos (https://www.facer.io/user/Ghr1JoAMwh), i got noticed of a problem at 10 and 11 hour, when the white hour rectangle did not came down. So, a correction, thanks to this person. - I adapted the minutes number presentation. I enhanced the readability so that the number turns i a more readable angle depending on the actual value of the minutes. One can always improve .. Something you also don't see so often.
