hi Brenda, see my latest reply to Cassie, the same steps might help you too. It definitely should work of the Galaxy 7 and any WearOS 6 watch.
what's telling you to send to your phone? is your starting point on the web? Try starting from your phone, sync it directly from there. Also if it is partially synced to your watch, then delete it off your watch (do this on the watch) then try to sync it fresh again from your phone. Also, a watch reboot often solves random glitches. If your watch can support this Face then one of these things should fix it.
