How do I make the steps show up?

If your steps are not showing then it is probably due to a permission issue. Go to settings/privacy & secruity/health/facer and turn on all permissions and then in the Apple Watch App, go to MyWatch/general/privacy and turn everything on. Restart your phone and watch and after a while hopefully steps will start to show.
