I was having the same issue. I just updated my watch to the lasted update and it fixed the issue! My watch face is working properly and showing the correct apple health performance!

@Hilary Grabe: @Hilary Grabe: Complications should update correctly. Here is a link for something to try if your complications are not updating. https://community.facer.io/t/apple-complications-not-loading/80485 If none of this work, I would report it to Facer as it could be a bug that they are unaware of, and reporting it could help them fix it.
