hey there, unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about that by us designers. The tags used are correct, but apparently there are some ongoing issues with the GW4 series of watches and some of the data on Facer faces. I do know that all sides are actively working on fixes. In the meantime, just be sure that all the permissions are enabled on the watch. I don't have a GW4 but my understanding is there are a few more layers of setup/permissions with those watches than most.
