Tie Die Wild On Ice! One method for tie dye is "ice dye", where you place your item to be dyed down, then cover it with ice pieces. You then put the dye on top of the ice and let it bleed through for some period of time in the sun. Flip it over, repeat. You can put the dye down first, then the ice on top of it too. This is a close up of dye on the ice as we make a shirt. This time I used the 12-string electric guitar for the minute hand but I used an baby blue bass for the hour hand. A drumstick completes the band, tapping time around the edge for the second hand. The outer dial is made of smiley faces, with sunglass smileys at the 5 min/sec intervals.
