@Ed nurenberg: I just grabbed MAG 485 which is #9 right now and flipped the colors on it to white background and darkened the information colors some. Here's a preview of it. Email me what you think about it.

smh .. honestly it was very sharp and catchy, since everyone shies away because of battery consumption. he used blood red and a bold blue for text etc. I just couldn't stop staring at it, lol !

@Ed nurenberg: Interesting idea! Like you said the battery consumption deal, BUT, I'm always looking for fresh inspiration and maybe doing one in white might work. I'll have to play around with it and see. :)
a quick note:
I was surfing around the galaxy store Mr. Guy, and I noticed a digital weather info face, basically the same platform you use as a frame base, but they used a WHITE background. it popped, popped popped looking real neat. just saying, have you ever tried a different color? I know the battery consumption deal but it would be such a breath of fresh air uniqueness .
just saying, my man .....
