The Nav-22 includes a toggle chronograph with start, stop and reset. Just tap ""chronograph" and the stopwatch appears. Tap again to switch back to normal 24-hour and steps gauge. Includes easy-to-read sub-dials for 24-hour time (top), wind direction (left), and steps (bottom). Enjoy!
