@Michael I just downloaded and synced this face and it worked perfectly for a moment then the temperature change to the 80deg anyway I can’t understand what the temperature does not work correctly .

Sorry Carl, if you can't find or do not have the settings on the watch and phone to give Facer the right permissions then I am out of ideas. The best thing to do is to raise a support request with Facer Team. Sorry I was not able to help.
