I had it running on my Fossil Carlyle gen 5 running WearOS 3 and it was working fine for me. The Nixon Mission is a very old watch now. It came out with Android Wear which become WearOS in its next build which was WearOS 2. Has it updated to WearOS 3? If not that might be the issue. I would suggest you contact Facer Support at: https://help.facer.io/hc/en-us/requests/new .
Make sure to tell them what watch you have and the link to this watch. Maybe they can help you.
