There are 14 different themed mandalas that change hourly. This face is also themeable making the options to personalize this face to you almost endless. To change the theme simply change it in the Facer app or on your watch.
This face is also interactive. Tap on the interactive zones to launch useful apps.

@Keka: You are welcome. The face is now compatible with Wear OS 6. I did have to change somethings to make it compatible. Touch interactivity except for tapping to launch apps does not work with Wear OS 6's WFF. So the different colored mandalas change hourly.
