hi, that looks like an older samsung watch no? Shader animations require GW4 or newer. If you have correctly selected your watch in the Facer app settings all shader faces should show as "not available" to you and there shouldn't even be a sync button. So double check what watch you have selected in the app to make sure it's accurate.
