Getting the rolling to work was tricky and I still haven't solved the problem of the tickover of hours from 23 to 0. But it's mostly working.
Each number column is made up of multiple PNGs of numbers: generally two showing 0-4 and 5-9.
The Seconds images' Y position is calculated with (288-62*(#Dsm#%10)) so that they constantly change.
Getting the other columns to periodically rotate into position uses the same images but their Y positions are calculated with a much more complex function. For minutes it's:
$(#Dm#%10)==9&&#Dsm#>59?(288-62*(floor(#Dm#/10)-6+(#Dsm#-#Ds#))):(288-62*(floor(#Dm#/10)-6))$
