Why isn't the watch face recognizing phone battery and altitude? Also, how do I operate the 3 symbols on the left of the watch face? There is no option to change it to 24 hours. I just purchased 3 of your watch faces and not able to tap on the options that come with them I appreciate your time in replying.

Hi! Sorry about this.
This watch face was originally designed for the older Wear OS and later approved for the new version as well. I’ll release an update soon to replace the Altitude and Phone Battery features, as they aren’t currently supported.
Regarding the shortcuts, they should start working in the near future, but at the moment, it seems they aren’t supported yet, I forgot to mention that in the description. Thanks for your patience!
