Same question as Duy. I have a Galaxy S25 Ultra phone and watch 8 classic. If I press on t the center, I can change the color, but I can't access any other changes. Is that possible with this phone and watch?

No, sorry. The additional functions are not available on the latest Samsung watches because of the new Watch Face Format introduced by Google/Samsung. The new format has many advantages like better batter life but interactions are very limited . Sorry.
