Starting at the top is the heart rate and step counts. Next is the current conditions text with temperature, humidity and WX conditions icon below it. In the bottom half is the 12/24 digital display with seconds am/pm (12 hour only) along with the day and date. at the very bottom is the battery level with low battery alert and surrounding the face is a two color battery level ring. DISCLAIMER: Some functions in this watch face DID NOT work correctly when tested using my TicWatch E (Express), but functioned fine on my Samsung Gear S3 and Active 2.
