Ok, but the date didn’t show

Did you remember to restart the watch after installing so all components can sync? If you want to show the date ( or other complications ) you can convert the face to the new Photo template by clicking on the face in the Watch App on your phone. Once converted you can change the color/location/size of the text and add complications. If you want to reload this original face, you can simply do that by re-syncing the face from Facer.
