This watch face continues to be a problem. It’s still had the same issues. The blue transfer button is golden yellow color and doesn’t transfer the watch face as it should

I am sorry you are still having issues. This is a premium face and so you need have the Premium Subscription in order to be able to download it. If you have the subscription, then double check that you have the latest versions of IOS, WatchOS and Facer and that you are logged into Facer with your account that has the Premium Subscription. If none of that works then the best thing to do is to raise a support request with the Facer team: https://help.facercreator.io/hc/en-us/requests/new
