If you have been using the watch faces you already have an account so you won't need to make a new one. Support usually does not work weekends, so you sill get an automated reply with a ticket number at the email address that you registered with. The best way to log a support request is from the page below based on your specific problem. It takes a bit of scrolling, but eventually you will see it.

If you do not get a solution in a week let me know.
