Can you change from km to miles?

Yes. This is controlled by the settings on your IPhone. Make sure that you have the latest versions of the operating systems ( IOS & WatchOS ) and Facer installed. Check settings on your Iphone: /settings/general/Language&Region/MeasurementSystem -> Metric and then metric, US or UK. Note that Apple only allows 3rd party complications to update every 15 minutes or so ( less frequently if the battery is low ), so it may take a little while for any changes you make to show up in the complication. Also, other users have reported that changing to a different country location works ( in particular, if in Canada, try USA ). I know it is not ideal but it might help if the units are more important to you than other location related settings.
