I just did that, but it continues to circle around the premium button and never loads. I wish it worked. It's so adorable!

Have you tried clearing the Facer cache on the watch and phone? Sometimes they can get clogged especially if you switch face often. When you clear the cache on your phone you'll have to re-log in. And when doing it on your watch you'll have to reset permissions again. This puts your Facer app to like new installation and same with the Facer app on your watch. If you do those and still have issues I would email facer support and let them know could be a bug that they need to be made aware of. I have tried syncing the face to my Galaxy watch 7,8and my pixel watch and all sync fine for me.
