@debsy: I'm sorry to hear you are having issues. The first thing to do is restart your watch. Next, make sure Facer has permission to access your Location, Sensors and Receive complication data. It's been discovered that some watches when going into battery save mode, will turn off those permissions and not turn them back on after charging. These two actions should fix your issue.
Love this but can't seem to get the steps to work, any ideas please x
