I am working hard to update all my faces to be compatible with the new WFF. I am working on Winter ones currently. There are some elements in this design that will no longer be compatible such as sound and theme picker. I can make sure this is at the top of the list to be updated and made compatible. For any refund you'd have to email Facer customer support. 😊
