look im sorry but im having a real bad day and all 10 watch faces i ordered dont work there is no update i need i do everything i always do and they do not show up right.....please fix or refund

I'm sorry about what happened! but there is a solution to this!
is very common especially in gear s3 watches, if this is the case you must enter in your phone to the app (galaxy arealble) enter your store and update FACER companion. Then erase the faces and restart the phone and clock, resynchronize the faces and should be solved!
