Sorry you are having issues. The face should work ( it works ok on our series 6 test watch ) so there may be something else going on. You could check that you have the latest versions of the OS and Facer on your phone and watch and then restart both - that often solves many of these kinds of issues. Also, Apple only allows complications to update once every 15 minutes or so and less frequently when if the watch battery is getting low - that could also be impacting how long it takes for the complications to load.
