Hello Lenny, thanks a lot for your purchase. At the Huawei 1 the permission is important. You could set it in menu (APPS - FACER - PERMISSIONS - SENSORS). It takes a while, but afterwards it should works fine. I hope you could see your heart rate soon ;)
