Hello HappyJon.
I had a look into the watchface and can't find any reason why the minutes are giving a false value back. As you probably noticed the hour value is correct. So unfortunatly I can't tell you why the hour value works and the minutes value not.
Maybe an update of the facer app, your OS of your watch or a restart/reinstallation helps. (Or just clear the cache first)
