Hi Larlon, I've reported this to Facer support while I'm waiting for them to get back to me can you check that the software on all devices is the latest version, Watch, Facer APP for phone and Facer Companion App, might b worth updating Samsung Gear Phone APP too, once you've checked that please reync the face and see if the problem is solved.
