@MrRellim: Thank you I am glad you like them. I live in Australia which uses the metric system. Temperature is in C by default but I can force my Apple Watch Series 6 to show temperature on my faces in F by changing the units settings on my IPhone at: Settings/Weather/temperature Unit - it can take a while for the complication to update but it always has for me. I just tested it again with the following face and it worked for me: https://beta.facer.io/watchface/deD8sfsB9G - If changing the unit setting does not work for you then I'm sorry I'm not sure what else you can try other than making sure that you have all latest software/app versions and that you have all permissions on, including location.
