Any suggestions why the steps are not counting; everything else works great, but just walked 2 miles with my dog and it still reads 0?

Hi! :) I also have this problem sometimes and if I switch to a non Facer face and back to the one from Facer it works. If this doesn't work can you please open up a ticket here: help.facer.io
