Hi Peter! The Facer editor let's us design a face once, and they "compile it" for every watch, so that's why when something doesn't work, it generally is an issue with Facer's implementation more than with the actual Face. If you use the "contact" option in the Facer app, you should be able to reach out to support to fix it for Samsung 5.
