Sorry you are having issues. The best thing to do is to raise a support request with the Facer team ( copy this address into a browser to go to the page ): https://help.facer.io/hc/en-us/requests/new and, while you are waiting for a reply - you could try restarting your watch and phone, if that does not work, delete the Facer app and re-install it, then restart watch and phone again. I hope that helps.
