I really like this watch face, but the countdown is off by one day. it counts down to 3/16, not 3/17. is this something that is easily fixed?

The count down is of because of leap year. So basically once every 4 years it will I'll be a day off. And to my knowledge there is not a way to add it into the calculation so that it's automatically updated when it's a leap year.
