Misleading on steps. I wanted the screen to track my steps, but it doesn’t work

As noted in reviews, you need to add the app from the app store named Pedometer++, then be sure to add the same to the Watch itself, from the Watch app in your iPhone... then edit the face in the Watch app, on the middle complication, choose Pedometer++ Steps and Distance and it will work, sounds hard, it's not.
