The temperature does not update.

Hi! So sorry for the inconvenience! I have tried completely deleting the temperature element from the watch face, saved it without this element, then readded a new temperature element and saved the newly revised face again. I hope this helps fix the problem. Please let me know if this solved the problem. Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to see if this procedure corrected the issue. :-)
