I have done what you suggested, but it did not work. I have a google pixel 2 watch. it appears to be happening on any face with steps on the dial. I wonder if it may be a google related issue.

It is currently a common problem on the Google Pixel watch. I understand that Facer is working with Google to correct the problem.
