Sorry about that. Other than double checking all the permissions are set correctly for Facer on your phone and watch, you could check that you have the latest version of the operating systems and Facer on your watch and phone and restart both. If that does not work then you could raise a support request with the facer team via email: facer-support@little-labs.com
