T|F|H is for Time, Forecast and Health: the face gives these three main informations.
Starting from left the time zone with sunset, sumrise and battery levels.
In the middle a six days forecast (today + 5days) with situation and temperatures range.
To the right side a bar with activity goal and a double bar for hearth rate: the upper when above 90bpm and the lower from 90 to zero... (died)
I forget... a pulsing light shows real heart frequency.
Every 2 seconds the information switch from steps to bpm.
