Simple clock in the CD player window where you would normally see track data. Date is also within the window.
Battery level is indicated by an LED on the left side of the control panel. Glows green above 60%, red below 30% and yellow in the middle.

@MAX WATCH DESIGN: Hi @MaxWatchDesign, it is simply 3 seperate dots in different colours, with transparency set to different battery levels.
