I bought the face on March 8, 2025. It worked correctly. I used it for a while and then I changed to others. This week (June 2026) I wanted to put it back in and I find that I can't do it. I sent an email to Facer and they told me that there was an update that removed the previous compatibility and that the designers have to publish an update to them. So I ask the developer if he can update the face, so I can use it again, since I paid for it. Thanks
